Track list survey results

I am really happy with the results I found from the track list survey. Generally everyone knew the genre of the artist, and all agreed that they, either would listen to it or would consider it.

Based on the results from the question 'how do you think it could be improved' I think I will make the track list longer, as suggested by a respondent. I will also change the order of the songs to make sure they don't clash and flow through instead of 'fast/slow/fast'.

Typography

After presenting our pitch to the class and receiving feedback, we found that people disagreed with our typography and believed that it made it look gothic, someone on my survey said it looked like a restaurant sign. I decided to look on dafont for some other ideas on what our bands logo/ typography could be. These are my choices.

Track list survey.

I have created a survey based on my track listing. I have done this so that i can get my target audiences opinion and feedback, i can also make improvements if the results show that the audience think it could be better. I will check the results in a week and post them, also including the changes made.

Story boarding

I'm really happy with the progress we made today. We decided to start story boarding today, as we had already planned some of our shots in the previous lesson it wasn't as hard as we thought it was going to be. We have now completed up to the second chorus of the song and are planning to complete it in thrusdays lesson.

22nd of October

We had planned to shoot today, for our digipaks, however it started raining so we had to postpone it. As our pictures are based outside, weather is key. We had planned to have an autumn theme with some sun so for this feel to come through we'll have to shoot soon.

Equipment for photo shoot

• Empty bottles of vodka, alcohol, rubbish showing connotations of the name
• Acoustic guitar 
• Microphone stand

The rest is up top the location, we tried to keep the props as simple as possible so we leave the photo to do the talking.
